What services does HighEnd Healthcare provide?

 HighEnd Healthcare provides a wide range of non-medical in-home care services. Our caregivers assist with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands. We also offer companionship – engaging clients in conversation, hobbies, or gentle exercises. In addition, caregivers can provide mobility assistance (helping clients move safely around the home or transfer from bed to chair) and more. Our goal is to help with any daily tasks that become challenging, so that clients can remain safe and independent at home.

Yes, absolutely. We take the selection of our caregivers very seriously for your safety and peace of mind. All HighEnd Healthcare caregivers undergo a thorough background check, reference verification, and interview process. Many of our caregivers are State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with prior experience in home care or healthcare. We provide initial training and ongoing education to ensure every caregiver meets our high standards. Additionally, all staff are bonded and insured. When a caregiver is assigned to you, you can trust that they are a qualified professional with a compassionate heart. We also strive to match caregivers to clients based on personality and needs, to foster a comfortable and trusting relationship.

 That’s fine. We accommodate short-term and respite care needs. Whether you need help for just a few weeks after surgery, or a caregiver while a family member is out of town, we can provide services on a temporary basis. We’ll create a short-term care plan for the duration you need. Many clients start with short-term care and later extend or resume services as needed. There’s no long-term obligation – you use our care for as long as it’s helpful to you.

Yes. Our approach is very flexible. We know that care needs can increase or decrease over time. You can request changes to your care schedule (for example, adding more days or hours) at any time – just let us know, and we will adjust our staffing to accommodate. Similarly, you can upgrade or downgrade between Silver, Gold, and Diamond packages easily. If you find you need more assistance than the Silver package provides, we can smoothly transition you to Gold or Diamond. Conversely, if you started with a higher package and want to scale back, we can adjust your services accordingly. There are no fees or hassles to make changes – your care plan exists to serve you, and we will tailor it as your situation evolves.

HighEnd Healthcare is a private pay provider. This means we do not bill Medicare or Medicaid for our services, and clients (or their families) pay for care out-of-pocket. Why? Medicare and Medicaid programs typically don’t cover extended non-medical home care; they have limits on home health services. By operating on a private-pay basis, we can offer more flexible and extensive services than those programs allow.

Getting started is easy and starts with a conversation. Simply contact us by phone or through our website to schedule a free initial assessment. Our care coordinator will arrange
a visit (at your home or via phone/Zoom if you prefer) to discuss your needs, routines, and goals. During this assessment, we’ll answer any questions you have, and if you decide to move forward, we’ll develop a customized care plan together. You can choose one of our service packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond) or a custom schedule. Once everything is agreed upon, we can typically start services within a few days (or even sooner if urgent). Throughout the process, we communicate closely with you and your family. Our goal is to make the entire onboarding process comfortable and reassuring, with no pressure.
